Account Manager with a Passion for Sales and Customer Meetings

Arcos Hydraulik AB delivers hydraulic cylinders for demanding industrial applications. Arcos creates value for its customers through long-term relationships, advanced technology, and specialized manufacturing. Arcos is service-oriented, solution-focused, and meets its customers' demands for performance, functionality, quality, and price. Arcos has factories in Sävsjö, Hällaryd, and Borlänge. The company currently has a turnover of 350 MSEK and employs 155 people.

Your Role:

As an Account Manager at Arcos, you are our primary ambassador in the field. You plan your customer visits and travels, which are a natural part of the role. You actively work to identify new business opportunities, develop existing customer relationships, and drive sales forward. You have significant responsibility and freedom to organize your workweek to meet your goals – and preferably exceed them.

You will:

  • Work on-site with customers and represent Arcos with a clear business focus and responsiveness to customer challenges.
  • Independently manage your customer portfolio, plan your travels, and fill your days with customer meetings where you listen to needs, present opportunities, and build lasting relationships.
  • Develop business through a strong market presence to find solutions that benefit both the customer and us as a supplier.
  • In close dialogue with our internal teams, create customized proposals and ensure that our products meet high standards.
  • Become a central part of strengthening our market position and contributing to continued growth through clarity, engagement, and a genuine interest in people.

You are:

A person who thrives in a role with a clear focus on new customer acquisition and building strong, long-term relationships. You have experience in B2B sales, preferably from a technical or industrial environment, and you appreciate the freedom to plan your own work. You have a natural drive, positive energy, and a desire to create business. You enjoy being on the road, meeting customers, and building relationships that make a difference. You are confident in taking initiative, making decisions, and working towards set goals, and you see opportunities where others may see challenges.
