Uniflex is looking for Customer Service Representatives for Ragn-Sells

Do you want to make a real difference every day?
At Ragn-Sells, that’s exactly what we do, regardless of your role in the organization. We are a family-owned company in its third generation, with extensive experience and a strong focus on future innovations. With us, you will play an important role in building a circular future – minimizing the need to extract new raw materials by reusing what we already have, over and over again.

We are currently looking for a temporary customer service representative within the Southeast Region of Ragn-Sells Recycling.
In this role, you will be part of a positive, engaged team where collaboration, humility, and openness are natural parts of everyday life. Together, we work purposefully to create value – for both our customers and the environment.

Location: Vetlanda

We offer you:

  • A meaningful role in one of Sweden's most socially important industries

  • A work environment characterized by well-being, competence, and collaboration

  • Collective agreements, pension solutions, wellness benefits, and good employment conditions

  • Opportunities for professional development through our internal Ragn-Sells Academy

Examples of tasks:

  • Professional communication with customers via phone, email, web, and in-person visits

  • Handling customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and simple quote requests

  • Answering questions about invoices, products, services, and pricing

  • Performing upselling and following the company's processes and guidelines

  • Collaborating with and supporting other departments as needed

Your profile:

We are looking for someone with a completed high school education, preferably with a focus on economics. You have previous experience in customer service, administration, or other service-oriented work, as well as good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office. You are used to working independently, take initiative, and communicate well both verbally and in writing in Swedish. Sales experience is a plus.

As a person, you are responsible, structured, and flexible. You have a genuine service mindset, high work ethic, and good teamwork skills. You handle stressful situations calmly and are not afraid to ask for help when needed. Your attitude is humble and down-to-earth, and you see the value in strong teamwork. An interest in environmental and sustainability issues is a given.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
