Our vision is to make it economically easier for people to own cars, boats, homes, tools, and high-quality leisure items, thereby creating a richer leisure time for everyone. Biltema currently has a total of 172 stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, with 64 stores located in Sweden. Biltema is a strong brand in an exciting expansion, opening around 50 new stores in the Nordic region in the coming years.

About the Role

As a store associate in our café, you are a vital part of the customer experience. You will work with sales, receive deliveries from suppliers, and ensure the café is always clean, inviting, and well-stocked. You greet every customer with a smile and work together with your colleagues in a fast-paced environment – workdays are varied and full of energy.

In addition to café duties, you will participate in the daily work of the warehouse. Together with the team, you ensure the store is always ready for sales and that every customer receives first-class service.

The position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probation period.

About You

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in café operations. You thrive in a high-tempo environment and meet every workday with energy, joy, and initiative. You are not afraid to think differently and contribute your own ideas.

You are a service-oriented person who always keeps the customer in focus. You enjoy taking on new challenges and find it easy to both learn new things and share your knowledge. We prefer candidates with previous experience working in a café and who are comfortable with the tasks involved. If you also appreciate structure and order, you will be a perfect fit for us.
