What it's like to work as a technical salesperson at Edströms Tools

In this role, you will work closely with our technicians and suppliers and have a daily routine filled with customer visits. You will be responsible for and develop your customer base, primarily in Jönköping and surrounding areas, but the work is based on customer relationships rather than a fixed geographical region. You will work from home or from the headquarters in Jönköping and drive your work independently with clear business responsibility. Travel is a natural part of the role, but there are very few overnight stays as most of your customers are within a comfortable commuting distance.

You will work closely with industrial customers and build long-term collaborations rather than quick deals. The role is advisory: you listen, challenge, and propose solutions that make a real difference in the customer's daily life. You follow the business from the first contact to follow-up and further development.

Who are you?

You have experience in technical sales within the industry and a good understanding of the tools and consumables used in production and manufacturing. You are comfortable in technical discussions and have the ability to quickly understand the customer's production, needs, and challenges. With your expertise, you can identify the right tools and solutions from Edströms Tools that contribute to increased efficiency, quality, and profitability in the customer's operations.
