Skrotfrag is a leading Swedish company in the scrap and recycling industry, focusing on the collection and recycling of iron and metal scrap for both private individuals and businesses. Together, we contribute to sustainable and environmentally friendly resource management. Skrotfrag is now looking for a regional sales representative for the district covering Växjö, Vetlanda, and Gislaved. You will be part of a dynamic workplace that recycles with care and is in constant development.
About the role:
We are looking for a self-driven person with strong motivation and business acumen.
You enjoy being out with customers and are not afraid to take initiative. As a regional sales representative at Skrotfrag, you play a central role in developing the market and building long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. You are responsible for offering our comprehensive solutions in recycling and waste management primarily to companies and industries in the region.
Your main responsibilities:
- Active sales work: Proactive sales and customer visits to identify customer needs.
- Solution-oriented consulting: Develop tailored recycling solutions and container services for metal scrap and operational waste.
- Quotations and contracts: Responsible for the entire sales process from initial contact to closure and contract follow-up.
- Relationship building: Nurture and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Market analysis: Monitor metal prices and industry trends to offer competitive solutions.
Qualifications:
- Documented experience in B2B sales (field sales is an advantage).
- Experience in the recycling, metal, or logistics industry is a significant plus.
- Ability to understand industrial processes and waste management.
- Driving license B is required as the position involves a lot of travel.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
