Inside Sales Representative at Ahlsell
Do you want to work in a high-activity role where you can combine structure, business drive, and customer contact? As an inside sales representative at Ahlsell, you will become a key person in their sales team and will work closely with both customers and colleagues. Does this sound like something for you? About the Position
This is a central and activity-driven sales role with a clear growth focus. You will proactively work to activate existing customers with low or decreased purchase frequency and create new business volume through structured outreach via phone and digital meetings. The role is part of a national initiative, and your immediate manager is located in Jönköping. Introduction, training, and mentoring mainly take place remotely.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Actively contact new and existing customers
- Identify business potential and conduct needs analyses via phone and digital meetings
- Follow up on quotes and drive deals to closure or qualify leads for responsible salespeople
- Document calls, business opportunities, and insights in the CRM system
You will work in a structured manner towards clear activity and result goals and are expected to independently drive your sales forward.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you need to have a strong drive, high energy, and a genuine commitment to sales. You are motivated by working towards clear goals, take responsibility for your results, and have the ability to maintain pace even when facing challenges.
Your background may vary, but we prefer that you have some form of experience in sales or customer contact. The most important thing is that you are structured and understand what it means to own your own sales process. Curiosity about understanding the business is also important for thriving and developing in the role.
Experience in B2B sales, technical understanding, or a background in construction, plumbing, electrical, or industry is advantageous.

Employment Conditions
The position is a full-time employment at Ahlsell with a permanent contract starting with a six-month probation period. Working hours are from 07:30 to 16:00 with some flexibility. The work is primarily on-site, but there is an opportunity for some remote work.
