Store Associate for Biltema's Café

Biltema markets over 19,000 items. Our vision is to make it economically easier for people to own a car, boat, home, tools, and leisure items of high quality, thereby creating a richer leisure time for everyone. Biltema currently has a total of 172 stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, of which 64 stores are located in Sweden. Biltema is a strong brand in an exciting expansion, planning to open around 50 new stores in the Nordic region in the coming years.

About the Position

As a store associate in our café, you are an important part of the customer experience. You will work with sales, receive deliveries from suppliers, and ensure that the café is always clean, pleasant, and well-stocked. You greet every customer with a smile and work together with your colleagues in a fast-paced environment – the workdays are varied and filled with energy.

In addition to café work, you will participate in the daily operations of the store. Together with the team, you will ensure that the store is always ready for sales and that every customer receives first-class service.

About You

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in café operations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and approach each workday with energy, joy, and initiative. You are not afraid to think outside the box and contribute your own ideas.

You are a service-oriented person who always puts the customer first. You enjoy taking on new challenges and find it easy to learn new things and share your knowledge. We prefer candidates with previous experience in café work and who are comfortable with the tasks involved. If you also appreciate structure and order, you will fit perfectly with us.
