As a customer service representative, you will be the face of Nybergs Bil, combining customer interaction with ongoing financial administration and internal service. In this role, you will welcome and guide customers on-site, via telephone, and through digital channels. You will handle bookings, payments, customer inquiries, and contribute to a positive experience in every contact. You will also work with customer and supplier accounts receivable/payable, daily bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and registry management. The role also involves simple office logistics, administrative support to other departments, and responsibility for maintaining order in our customer areas. You offer We are looking for someone with a high school education, preferably with a focus on economics or administration, as well as experience in customer service or financial administration. You are meticulous, structured, and used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously. You communicate professionally, take initiative, and find solutions, always with the customer in focus. A B-driver's license is required.
