Why You Are Important

We are shaping ourselves for our continued growth ambition and are now looking for a Business Development Manager – New Markets, responsible for identifying and developing new business positions in selected markets.

The role entails a clear commercial mandate in the early business phase and overall responsibility for the company's establishment in new markets. You drive the initial dialogue, develop structured business cases, and are responsible for how the company is perceived in external business contexts.

Euroform Group is a high-tech developer and manufacturer of injection-molded plastic systems and components for the European industry. Major customer groups include world-leading manufacturers of vehicles and construction machinery, and the group has a turnover of around 650 million SEK with approximately 200 employees. Euroform AB operates two factories in Tranås and Euroform MediPharm AB in Motala, which operates within the pharmaceutical and medical technology industry.

Vätterledens Invest AB owns Euroform Group and is a privately held investment company with a genuine interest in Swedish industry and long-term business relationships. Vätterledens Invest's headquarters are located in Gothenburg. The business group has a turnover of 1,500 MSEK.

Focus in Your Role

In this role, you will work to translate our growth ambition into concrete presence in new markets. This involves identifying where the business potential lies, building relevant relationships, and conducting a professional business dialogue that creates trust even before the deal is defined.

Your main tasks include:

  • Identifying and analyzing new markets, segments, and business opportunities based on environmental analysis, market data, macro trends, and customers' business logic
  • Establishing and developing relationships with potential customers, partners, and other key players
  • Translating customer needs and business challenges into relevant and tailored offerings in close collaboration with internal functions
  • Driving the initial business dialogue from first contact to structured business cases and established business
  • Ensuring that new business opportunities are strategically relevant and commercially sustainable
  • Working systematically with pipeline, decision support, and follow-up

The role is a clear driving force in the company's commercial function and spans the bow for our G2M initiatives. You will be part of the commercial management team, with short decision-making paths and a clear mandate to translate market insights and business dialogues into priorities, business cases, and concrete growth initiatives.

If We May Wish

You have strong commercial judgment and thrive in early business dialogues where structure, trust, and business understanding are crucial. You are comfortable in external contexts and used to representing the company in dialogues at a senior level.

We see that you have:

  • Experience in business development, sales, or market-related roles in a B2B environment
  • The ability to quickly understand new markets and customers' business logic
  • A structured approach and experience working with analysis and decision support
  • Very good communication skills and a professional, trust-building manner
