JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a regulatory developer for the project and investment support department, placed in the development and coordination unit. The unit's mission is to coordinate, develop, and manage processes and regulations related to support management of project and investment support. Currently, we have 19 employees in the unit who share responsibility for the department's coordination and development work.

As a regulatory developer, you will prepare impact assessments and proposals for regulations, drive the various steps in the process, and present the regulation for decision. The role also includes participating in and leading investigations and assignments, as well as providing regulatory support and training to the organization, both internally and to our support authorities, such as the county administrative boards.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with an academic background in law, political science, social sciences, or a corresponding field. You need to be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, and have experience working in the public sector.

Experience with EU support, particularly project and investment support, is an advantage. Legal work experience is also desirable.

You must have the ability to understand complex regulations and express yourself clearly and simply in both speech and writing. You are comfortable preparing and delivering presentations to both small and large groups and can drive your tasks independently. Other important skills include the ability to analyze and investigate issues from a holistic perspective and to reach conclusions. You are a confident person, have a structured approach to work, and are good at planning and prioritizing your days according to the organization's needs.
