ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Recruiter at Framtiden, you will help individuals find their dream jobs and assist companies in finding their next colleague! You will enjoy a varied daily routine where you are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from requirement profile meetings with clients, advertising and sourcing to interviews and contract signing. You will work with a wide range of companies in a diverse recruitment role, with an emphasis on IT/Tech profiles. We utilize competency-based recruitment methodologies in our processes.

The role includes advising our clients, candidates, and consultants to ensure a professional recruitment process. We are very committed to ensuring that our candidates, consultants, and clients are satisfied with our delivery!

We are looking for someone who loves working towards set goals and thrives in a high-tempo environment. You enjoy structuring and driving your own processes and working with freedom under responsibility. At the same time, it is important for you to work closely with your colleagues to bounce ideas around, exchange knowledge, and have fun at work together! We will place great emphasis on personal qualities in this recruitment process.

Requirements for the role:

• Relevant post-secondary education, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Class B driver's license

It is an extra plus if you also have:

• Experience in sales
• Experience in recruitment specifically within IT/Tech

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Our recruitment process will consist of the following steps:

• Telephone interview
• Personality and logic test
• Competency-based interview with a recruiter
• Reference checks
• Interview with the hiring manager, including a case exercise
