Overall Responsibility:

As a Controller at Hemma Omsorg, you have an overall responsibility for the company's financial management, accounting, payroll processing, and HR administration. You serve as a strategic and operational support to the CEO and unit managers, contributing to ensuring good financial control, compliance with regulations, and efficient personnel processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Finance & Controlling

• Ongoing financial monitoring of operations by unit
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Performance monitoring and reporting to the CEO and board
• Support to unit managers in financial matters and decision-making
• Cost control and streamlining of financial processes
• Monitoring of compensation and revenues related to LSS operations

Accounting & Reporting

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Accounts receivable and payable
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• VAT and tax declarations
• Contact with auditors and authorities
• Ensure that accounting complies with applicable laws and regulations

Payroll & Payroll Software

• Responsible for the payroll process from start to payment
• Administration of payroll software
• Management of time reports, absence, vacation, and overtime
• Ensure correct application of collective agreements (if applicable)

Reporting to authorities such as the tax agency and social insurance agency.
