About the Role As an accountant, you will be a key person in our close-knit and engaged finance team of five. You will be involved in ongoing bookkeeping, monthly and annual closings, and reporting. The role also includes participation in financial analyses that support the business's decisions. Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounting of personnel costs and assets in monthly and annual closings as well as budgeting and forecasting.
• Accounting for fixed assets and lease agreements, including correct classification, accrual, and valuation of assets as well as IFRS16-related items.
• Support the work in accounts payable as needed. This includes registration, matching, and coding of supplier invoices.
• Conduct financial and administrative investigations and analyses.
• Ensure knowledge of applicable accounting standards in relevant areas.
• Contribute to the development of accounting systems and routines.

Qualifications We are looking for someone who is well-versed in accounting, closing, and reporting, preferably with experience from a manufacturing international company. Your Excel skills are very good, and it is an advantage if you have also worked in the ERP system IFS. You have a relevant university or college degree in finance or equivalent acquired knowledge that we assess as equivalent. For the role, it is required that you speak and write both Swedish and English fluently. To thrive in the role, you are a person who is motivated by a fast pace with tight deadlines in a changing environment. You have a structured approach and are meticulous, and it is natural for you to work proactively and contribute to teamwork. We also value your initiative, flexibility, and humility.
