Responsive Communicator with Strong Team Spirit

We are looking for someone who is good at listening and understanding different communication needs, is a skilled writer, and has a strong ability to collaborate with others.

The Unit

The position is located at the County Administrative Board of Jönköping, in the Communication and GIS Unit within the Department of Management and Operational Support. Currently, there are 11 people in the unit, of which 7 work with communication, 1 with a national web assignment, and 3 work with GIS (Geographic Information Systems). Like Linnea, you will be at the County Administrative Board in Jönköping and will work digitally in meetings and dialogues with other county administrative boards.

Job Responsibilities

Our assignments within the collaborative work for all county administrative boards have increased, and we need to strengthen our communication group in Jönköping with an additional team member during 2026. You will work alongside Linnea, who currently handles several of our national assignments.

You and Linnea will form a strong team that helps each other find good solutions in the joint assignments of the county administrative boards. In addition to ongoing communication work, this may involve creating new texts or adjusting existing ones based on clear language, ordering new or modifying existing templates, updating or creating new collaboration spaces, and analyzing statistics.

Qualifications

You have a university degree in media and communication studies or an equivalent education that the employer deems relevant.

In addition to an interest in societal issues, you also possess high digital competence and preferably experience with SharePoint and WordPress. You need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, confident, stable, solution-oriented, and have excellent collaboration skills. You easily evaluate and integrate new information, keep your promises, and get things done. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.

Conditions

The position is full-time and is a fixed-term employment until December 31, 2026. Start date as soon as agreed upon.

Interviews will be conducted during weeks 3 and 4.
