We are now looking for a Job Consultant for the Labor Market Department!

We are seeking someone with a formal higher education or experience that provides solid competence to coach individuals in their personal development. We believe you are a communicative person who can build and maintain good relationships, and that you have a broad knowledge of the labor market and how to support participants in achieving their goals.

You will work closely with colleagues in the department who have different functions and closely with the target groups.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Job Consultant's mission is both challenging and meaningful – here you will work closely with people, see their development, and be part of their journey towards independence and self-sufficiency.

The mission consists of the following tasks:

• Develop and deepen the operational methods and approaches related to the target group and coordinate work with other actors.
• Contribute knowledge about relevant measures for the development and improvement of results.
• Plan, implement, and develop various job-related activities that strengthen the individual's position in the labor market.
• Independently initiate, carry out, and follow up and support individuals in their process towards work and studies.
• Engage in teamwork with colleagues regarding individuals and activities.
• Be responsible for documentation according to the Social Services Act.
• Stay updated on methods, approaches, and developments in the field of labor market knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a relevant higher education in the humanities or social sciences, preferably with a focus on behavioral science, labor market knowledge, or HR. Your theoretical background gives you an understanding of human development, the conditions of working life, and organizational processes.

We see that you have a genuine interest in working with people and labor-related issues, and that you can contribute with an analytical and solution-oriented approach. Experience from similar tasks is an advantage.

A valid driver's license and good computer skills are required for the position.
