The Position

This is an exciting position where you will meet a wide target group. The position, Steps to Work (STA), is a collaboration with the Employment Service, where the goal is for participants to receive work training and/or employment with the help of the initiative.

As a job consultant, you will be part of a team together with another job consultant and an occupational therapist. The position also includes documentation, planning, and evaluation of results. To thrive in this role, you need to be flexible, have the ability to work independently as well as in a team, and be accustomed to working with a broad target group. We also welcome your interest in networking.

The position is part-time, 50%, at the start, but there may be an opportunity to extend it later on.

Eligibility Requirements

As a job consultant, you need to have at least two years of full-time higher education or vocational training in sociology, behavioral science, pedagogy, or medicine, as well as at least one year of part-time experience in individual or group guidance/coaching of individuals with mental or physical health issues or disabilities within the last three years. We need to be able to present educational certificates and employment certificates upon request to verify the requirements.

Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Number of Positions: 1 position.

Employment: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.

Position: 50%. The position is part-time but may potentially be extended later on.

Start Date: February 2, 2026.
