Finance Assistant, Nefab AB

Nefab AB’s Finance Function at the headquarters in central Jönköping is now looking for a Finance Assistant for a parental leave cover of one and a half years.

Nefab AB is the headquarters of the group and houses, in addition to finance, other group-wide functions, with a total of 200 employees and consultants. In your role as a finance assistant, you will have contacts with Nefab's subsidiaries worldwide. On a daily basis, you will work closely with the accounting manager and the CFO.

About the Position

As a finance assistant, you will be responsible for Nefab AB’s accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supplier invoices and payments
• Customer invoicing and payments
• Netting system and handling for group payments
• Bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Involved in monthly closing and reporting

Your Profile

You have an education in finance and at least a couple of years of experience in a similar position. Since we work in the M3 business system and handle our supplier invoices in Medius AP Automation, experience with these systems is an advantage.

You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

To succeed in this role, you need to be meticulous, have an eye for detail, and the ability to work in a structured manner. As the job involves a lot of contacts within the parent company and the group, good collaboration and communication skills are required.
