Development Strategist for Quality Work in Preschools and Schools

Do you want to be part of maintaining the quality work for the preschools and schools of the future? We are now looking for a development strategist who will take overall responsibility for the systematic quality work at the municipal level.

In this role, you will lead, coordinate, and develop the SKA processes throughout the year – from planning and prerequisite dialogues to follow-up, analysis, and development. You will ensure that the SKA wheel is turning and that the work is cohesive across levels: preschool, school, administration, and board.

Your work will include, among other things:

• providing guidance to principals and working with investigations at the municipal level
• planning, leading, and following up on this year's SKA processes: prerequisite dialogues, analysis days, operational reports, and operational plans
• coordinating and developing analysis work at the municipal level in areas such as language and mathematics follow-up, absenteeism, surveys, and grade analysis
• driving the development of SKA as a whole – methods, annual cycles, routines, roles, and documentation
• supporting the management in creating consensus, structure, and direction in the quality work
• maintaining communication and processes between principals, the development unit, and management

You will be an important player in the administration's work to realize the operational idea and strengthen a learning governance. The position involves collaboration both within the municipality and with other municipalities as well as Region Jönköping County.

You communicate clearly and easily build good relationships in a context where you are the hub between several functions. Qualifications

• Relevant university education of at least three years or equivalent level.
• Experience in development or quality work is an advantage.
• We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
