Job Description
In preparation for the upcoming year's growth and development, we need to expand our HR team, and we are currently looking for an HR Generalist for AGES Shared Service, which is part of the AGES Industry Group. Please read more about us at www.ages.se (http://www.ages.se)
The role is suitable for you who quickly build trust, enjoy being close to the operations, and want to contribute both structure and energy to the HR work. Here you will combine strategic HR work with operational presence, build relationships across locations, and help develop a workplace where people thrive, improve, and make a difference.
My name is Anna, and I will be your immediate manager. As a person, I am unpretentious, have a good sense of humor, am passionate about seeing others grow, and I truly love my job. I am a strong advocate for a culture where we share knowledge, take responsibility together, and care for each other.
You will work as a managerial support in recruitment, rehabilitation, competence development, and internal communication, contributing to creating a work environment where employees thrive, develop, and perform. Together we will work on competence inventory and organizational analysis to advance competence development.
In addition to daily managerial support, you will have the important task of actively driving the group's work in employer branding. You will ensure that the AGES brand is visible and perceived as attractive both internally and externally, where communication becomes an important tool. You will participate in fairs, plan initiatives related to the employer brand, and contribute to our strategic HR annual wheel.
About You
We are looking for someone with at least five years of professional experience in broad and qualified HR work. You have a relevant academic background in HR, such as personnel and labor education, behavioral science, or similar.
You are comfortable with systems and are adept at working with HRM systems and digital tools, understanding the importance of people analytics. AGES currently uses Kontek payroll and HRM. It is an advantage if you have participated in change projects and/or worked on the digitalization of HR processes.
As a person, you are driven, structured, and always have a good sense of humor. You have a keen eye for detail and service and are skilled at planning your work and meeting deadlines. Being a skilled relationship builder and communicator comes naturally to you, and you create trust and collaborations at all levels within the organization.
It is a plus if you have previously worked with both the salaried and collective sides and have been in contact with the Technical Agreement, and we prefer that you have technical understanding as you will operate in a technical environment.
If you have previous experience in conducting union negotiations, that is also a plus. We place great importance on your personality and engagement.
With your experience and confidence in the HR role, you will become a natural sounding board and a valued partner for both managers and colleagues.
What We Can Offer You
Your employment will be with AGES Shared Service. Of course, we offer flexibility and the opportunity to work from home a few days a week, provided it works with the operations. We strive to be a workplace where all employees thrive and feel good - where you can maintain a good balance between work and leisure.
Travel in the service occurs between the units in Värnamo, Hörle, Kulltorp, and possibly Falkenberg as you act as operational HR support for our production units. A driver's license (B) is required.
