Intensive Care Unit, Jönköping

Do you want a key role in the daily operations of healthcare and contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization? We are looking for someone who enjoys administrative tasks, works independently, and wants to be a close support to our unit managers.

The role of Administrative Coordinator

Your assignment includes working with unit managers to develop, improve, and organize the operations. You will assist with current administrative matters, be responsible for scheduling and staffing of daily operations. You will work office hours, 40 hours per week.

Our staff is important to us and is a prerequisite for us to provide the best possible care to the residents of Region Jönköping County. We have and want to continue to have good cooperation with other clinics in the hospital. You will be part of this important work.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys personnel administrative tasks and wants to work independently in an administrative role supporting our unit managers. You should have completed secondary education, and if you also have post-secondary education in administration, we see that as a positive. Experience in healthcare is highly valued. You should have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing. You are solution-focused, flexible, and have good collaboration skills.

We would like you to have experience with the administrative system Heroma as well as experience in scheduling and planning. Good knowledge of the Office suite and deeper knowledge of Excel is desirable.

It is important for us that you take responsibility for your work and independently drive your processes forward. You adapt easily to changing circumstances and see opportunities in changes. It is important for you to achieve results in your work and plan, organize, and prioritize your tasks effectively. You are calm and accommodating in your interactions and strive to deliver solutions to situations that arise in your work. Personal suitability is highly valued.
