About WINO Holding

A home is more than a building – it is a place for everyday life, the future, and security. Within the WINO Group, we work to realize people's housing dreams through architect-designed houses where form, quality, and sustainability meet.

Based in Stockaryd, Småland, we gather around ten companies that together develop, build, and manage projects in housing and real estate in Sweden. We are about 200 employees who share sound values, strong accountability, and a culture characterized by collaboration.

Our companies operate independently but collaborate closely and support each other when needed – both in everyday matters and in development issues.

About the role

We are looking for a Chief Accountant to join the central team at WINO Holding AB. The role combines operational accounting work in some of the group's subsidiaries with overall responsibility and support at the group level.

You will work closely with the group's CFO and be a key person for how accounting, reporting, and structured working methods function throughout the group. At the same time, you will have overall responsibility for the accounting in some of the group's smaller subsidiaries.

The role suits you who thrive on both operational responsibility and development work and want to contribute to long-term sustainable and unified financial processes.

To assist you, there is already a central function that supports the subsidiaries with payroll management and accounts receivable, allowing you to focus on accounting, quality, and further development.

Responsibilities

Group level:

  • Support the subsidiaries in accounting and closing issues
  • Contribute to structure, common working methods, and harmonization within the group
  • Follow up, analyze, and ensure the quality of monthly closings
  • Be responsible for annual reports, declarations, and contact with auditors
  • Support in budget work

Subsidiaries:

  • Be responsible for and manage accounting, payments, declarations, and monthly closings in some of the subsidiaries (with annual revenues between 20-60 million)
  • Follow up and analyze liquidity
  • Provide ongoing financial support to the operations
  • Develop and improve working methods within business systems and financial processes
  • Analyze monthly results and support the CEO in analyses and actions

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is confident in their accounting skills and comfortable taking responsibility.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage multiple companies simultaneously. You collaborate well with people in different roles and parts of the organization and are used to working closely with decision-makers. Your organizational base is at the group's headquarters, but you also have a close collaboration with the subsidiaries you are responsible for and support.

As a person, you are:

  • Reliable, loyal, and professional
  • Self-sufficient and confident in taking overall responsibility
  • Unpretentious, positive, and collaborative
  • Structured and flexible in a changing environment
  • Service-minded and supportive

The group has already begun modernizing financial management – a process where you are expected to contribute actively and drive development forward.

Your background

  • Several years of experience in qualified accounting work
  • Very good competence in monthly and annual closings
  • Familiar with declarations and annual reports – you are expected to prepare them yourself and quality review others'
  • Documented experience in changing, simplifying, and improving working methods
  • Good system proficiency and the ability to implement new working methods in the systems
  • Experience with the business system Pyramid and Capego is an advantage
  • Knowledge of group accounting is an advantage – but not a requirement

Location and working methods

  • Location is Stockaryd – but some presence at the subsidiaries is expected, for example in Sävsjö
  • The role is based on close collaboration and primarily being present in the office, with some possibility for remote work
  • You report to the group's CFO and belong to the headquarters of WINO Holding – but you also have a close collaboration with the management of the subsidiaries you support and with the group's other accountants.
