Support for Psychiatry, Rehabilitation, and Diagnostics Operations

The Role of Controller

As a controller, you play an important role in supporting the organization in matters related to financial management as well as monitoring productivity, availability, and response times. Your placement is in Jönköping, but since the operations are spread throughout the county, travel is included in the position. You provide qualified support to the management of one or more operations and actively contribute to strengthening financial governance, developing the organization, and producing sustainable decision-making materials. The work includes budget and forecasting work, monitoring, analysis, and calculations, as well as improvement and change work within finance, governance, and organizational development.

The role is characterized by close collaboration with the organization and combines analysis, advice, and a good understanding of operations. You act as a link between finance, strategy, and daily operations. This is a role that goes beyond numbers and systems – with us, you will have the opportunity to use your financial expertise to make a real difference and contribute to an even better and more sustainable healthcare system.

The position is permanent and full-time with a start date according to agreement, and we hope you can start as soon as possible.

Your Future Workplace

Psychiatry, rehabilitation, and diagnostics is one of three medical areas with operations at the county's three hospitals and several health centers. The organization consists of approximately 2,000 employees and includes four psychiatric clinics, a rehabilitation medicine clinic, rehabilitation center, habilitation center, radiology, laboratory medicine, and clinical physiology.

You will be part of a team consisting of four other controllers and a financial manager. We are located on Batterigatan in the Asecs area of Jönköping. There is also the possibility to work from Värnamo or Eksjö. Here, you will be part of a welcoming workgroup that values having fun together.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a university degree in finance. We view positively if you have:

• experience from similar roles
• experience with the financial system Raindance and the healthcare statistics system Cosmic
• good knowledge of the Office package
• interest in healthcare statistics and production or improvement work
• a B driver's license as travel within the county is required
