The Finance Department belongs to the municipal management administration, and you will be part of the municipality's central finance function responsible for overarching financial processes regarding customer invoicing, e-commerce, supplier invoices, budgeting, follow-up, year-end closing, and procurement/purchasing.

Responsibilities

You will work in a team of 4 people who together manage the municipality's supplier invoice process from order to payment of supplier invoices. Your focus will primarily be on e-commerce, where you will work with contract setup, reading price lists, support, price and deviation controls, as well as daily operations of system support and electronic flows.

Qualifications

You have a post-secondary education in purchasing or finance and work experience in financial administration. It is desirable that you also have experience working with system management and administration of digital flows.

As a person, you are clear, analytical, driven, and development-oriented. It is an advantage if you have experience working with municipal finance or larger organizations. Since the central finance function supports the municipality's administrations and employees, it is important that you are service-oriented and have good collaboration skills.
