In labor market projects, we are a complementary actor to the Employment Service and one of Sweden's leading providers of job matching through the service Rusta och Matcha.

We are growing and need another job coach/instructor for Sävsjö!

About the position

As a job coach within Rusta och Matcha, you support job seekers on their path to self-sufficiency. You work in a coaching and motivating manner to help them find the right job or education. Your work includes:

• Individual guidance and coaching
• Matching to jobs and education
• Contact with employers and network building
• Support in application processes and interview preparations

Requirements (meet at least one of the following options):

Option 1:

• At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)
• At least two years of full-time work experience

Option 2:

• At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with passing results
• At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas:
• Leadership with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Career and educational guidance
• Handling personnel issues (not just administration)
• Work with labor and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance

Desirable qualities and experiences:

• Strong network within the local business community
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish
• Ability to create and maintain relationships
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented
• Good communication skills and coaching approach
• Digital competence and experience in holding online meetings
