Your new job

In your new job, you will be part of the Property Department, which consists of about 160 employees across four areas: Property Management, Property Development, Property and Building Services, and Operational Support.

We develop, build, and maintain the municipality's properties with a strong focus on service and customer satisfaction. As one of the region's largest property owners, with over 1,150,000 square meters of residential and commercial space, we offer you an exciting work environment.

In your role as a business developer, you will belong to the Operational Support Property team, which drives cross-departmental development projects related to digitalization, quality assurance, reduced vulnerability, and more efficient resource use. The Operational Support Property team is also responsible for the department's environmental and sustainability work by driving change initiatives, monitoring environmental and sustainability issues, providing specialist expertise, and ensuring that the department meets regulations, requirements, and goals in the area.

Our purpose is to develop, support, and drive issues that help the Property Department carry out its mission in a resource-efficient and sustainable manner and contribute to a better everyday life for customers and employees. As a business developer with us, you will be a key person in leading and driving development projects prioritized by the Property Department's management team.

Your tasks

• Lead and coordinate development initiatives within processes, working methods, and system support
• Drive innovation and improvement work and collaborate with IT on digitalization
• Conduct analyses, investigations, and environmental monitoring
• Act as an expert and support for the management team in decision-making
• Lead internal forums, networks, and workshops

The work involves close collaboration with colleagues and external parties. You will have significant responsibility and the opportunity to shape working methods that make a real difference.

Requirements

• Academic education, for example in technology, IT, organization, community building, business development, or another relevant field – alternatively work experience that the employer deems equivalent
• Experience in project management at an organizational level
• Familiarity with analysis and mapping work
• Experience with requirements specification and system support
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driving license B

Meritorious

• Education in project management
• Education in quality management and change management
• Experience with system support, system management
• Familiarity with supplier contacts
• System management or IT-related education
• Experience from the public sector or larger organizations
• Knowledge of processes within property management
• Experience in leading workshops and networks
