About the position

We are now looking for a colleague with extensive knowledge and experience in agriculture and milk production to join our Business Assurance team, which conducts audits in milk production, to cover the area in southeastern or central Sweden, depending on your place of residence.

You will perform audits on farms to ensure that the operations meet the requirements according to the operator's quality program (animal welfare, hygiene, and milk quality). The position also includes planning your own audits. It is important that you enjoy working independently. You will have close collaboration with your auditor colleagues, but most communication will take place via phone and TEAMS. The position involves travel and occasional overnight trips, depending on your place of residence.

Your profile

• Practical experience in agriculture with a focus on milk production
• Good knowledge of legislation and regulations regarding animal welfare, hygiene, and milk quality
• Experience in auditing or supervisory work is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Short or long university education, e.g., agricultural engineer, agronomist, agricultural technician, or another related field
• Good ability to convey knowledge and communicate in a respectful and pleasant manner with various stakeholders, partners, and colleagues
• Pedagogical and communicative in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
• Driver's license, category B
• Good IT skills

As a person, you are responsible, self-driven, outgoing, and attentive. A positive and professional attitude is very important, as the position requires good communication with various stakeholders, as well as a good ability to express yourself in writing, as the work also involves reporting. The job requires a high degree of personal responsibility and the ability to plan your time and meet deadlines.
