We are looking for a recruitment consultant

We want to strengthen our team with an additional consultant, preferably located in Värnamo or Jönköping. We are a well-established company in executive recruitment and Interim Management. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we proudly say that we are a respected and professional partner when it comes to filling leadership positions.

About the position

You will have an advisory role to our clients regarding organizational and operational issues. In this role, you will work focused on developing our offering in executive recruitment and be involved in our continued development while engaging both existing and new clients at the leadership level. Your main task is to drive the entire process from business and establishing the requirement profile to selection, interviews, and presentation of the best candidates to the clients. In the delivery, you will have close collaboration with a qualified and dedicated team supported by well-proven and quality-assured processes.

About you

As a person, you are business-oriented, have analytical skills, and are driven by achieving results. We believe you thrive in meeting people and find it easy to build long-term relationships while being motivated by creating business and delivering high quality. You have a great understanding of different businesses, an interest in the business world, and can quickly grasp our clients' strategic needs. Experience from a leadership position, consulting industry, service sales, and/or project management experience is highly meritorious. There is considerable variation in tasks, so it is essential to have an unpretentious attitude and a willingness to further develop and work for the company's best interests together with your colleagues.
