Regus in Jönköping is now seeking a service-minded receptionist who can work on demand. You will be an important part of our office hotel and support the team when needed – for example, during sick leave, vacations, or increased activity.

About the role

As a receptionist with us, you are the face of our company for both our customers and their visitors. You thrive in a dynamic environment and have a professional and warm demeanor.

With us, companies rent everything from private offices to lounge and coworking memberships, and you play a central role in ensuring their daily operations run smoothly.

The workplace for this position is in Jönköping.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome customers and visitors
• Answer phone calls and manage deliveries, mail, and packages
• Communicate with suppliers
• Organize and participate in customer events
• Refill coffee machines and empty dishwashers
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms
• Ensure a high level of service and a pleasant working environment

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is presentable, positive, and enjoys meeting people. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and like to take responsibility. You work efficiently, keep things organized, and can easily identify what needs to be done.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills and experience with MS Office
• At least 2 years of experience in the service industry, e.g., hotels, reception, or customer service
