This is a consulting assignment on-site in Huskvarna where you will be an important part of the Business Support team, ensuring that daily administrative work runs smoothly🚀

In this role, you will work broadly with administrative support, data quality, and coordination between different functions. You will have a central position where accuracy, structure, and communication are crucial for success.

• Manage Transfer Price administration according to incoming assignments

• Perform and prepare data cleaning and data quality activities in relevant systems

• Review, update, and correct product and business-related data

• Validate information and resolve data discrepancies

• Collaborate with different departments to gather, verify, and follow up on information

• Support the Business Support team with ongoing administrative tasks

• Contribute to structure, documentation, and follow-up

• Ensure efficient and quality-assured processes in daily work

✅We are looking for someone who:

• Has a few years of experience in administrative processes and routine-based work

• Is familiar with data cleaning, validation, and quality control

• Feels comfortable working with structured data in business systems (e.g., ERP, pricing systems, or MDM tools)

• Has excellent skills in Microsoft Excel (filtering, lookup, pivot tables, data validation, etc.)

• Communicates clearly and professionally in Swedish and English

• Is structured, organized, and disciplined in your work approach

• Can handle multiple parallel tasks

• Is self-driven and proactive when information is lacking

• Has a service-oriented attitude and enjoys collaborating with others

You are a reliable team player who ensures that tasks are completed on time and with high quality.

• Experience in administrative roles within supply chain, finance, pricing, or data management

• Experience working in larger corporate environments or similar system landscapes
