HR Strategist at Jönköping Municipality

Your new job
As an HR strategist, you will play a central role in coordinating and driving strategic initiatives to shape and further develop the municipality's recruitment process into a modern, unified, and precise process, with a clear focus on candidate experience and attractiveness. Through your work, you will create conditions for the organization’s leaders to attract and recruit the right talent that contributes to a good welfare for the municipality's residents. With a strategic holistic perspective as a foundation, you will also have the opportunity to contribute operationally in complex recruitments, such as managerial positions and specialist roles, where you will be a qualified support for the organization.
You build trusting relationships, have good communication skills, are unpretentious and brave. In your work, you create engagement, are solution-oriented, and together with others, you drive development.
You will, among other things:
- develop and strengthen the work with competency-based recruitment
- contribute to a unified recruitment process throughout the municipality
- develop and quality assure the messaging in our recruitment advertisements
- develop, evaluate, and conduct training in recruitment
- ensure that the recruitment system is an effective tool that creates simplicity and quality in the recruitment process
- follow up and analyze the candidate experience
- contribute to developing a legally sound and reliable recruitment process
- introduce and develop testing tools
If necessary, you will also participate in other HR areas and support the HR unit in joint assignments.
We are looking for someone who
- Has education in HR or another educational or experiential background that the employer deems relevant.
- Has several years of experience in strategic HR work and in developing the recruitment process at an overarching level in larger organizations, preferably in a public organization.
- Enjoys creating collaboration across boundaries and develops structures that unite and simplify in a large organization.
- Has good system skills and experience with digital recruitment systems.
It is an advantage if you have education and experience with testing tools that can be used in recruitment as well as the ability to make comprehensive assessments.
You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Personal suitability will be of great importance in the selection process.
