Description

Töråsskolan, located in Anderstorp, consists of preschool class, primary school grades 1-6, and an after-school section. Approximately 140 students attend the school. Isabergskolan, located in Hestra, is a F-6 school and has an after-school program. About 150 students attend this school.

Responsibilities

As a school administrator, you are a very important part of the school's administrative work. You work closely with the principals as your immediate supervisors but should have a strong ability to work independently. Collaboration and service can be seen as key words. Your tasks support the principals. You will work with personnel administration in the systems and substitute procurement, registration in our data systems regarding staff and students, writing tasks, accounting, purchasing, and budgeting. Contacts with the public and various authorities are an important part of the assignment. We expect you to have good communication skills in both spoken and written form. Therefore, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

The position is divided with 50% at Töråsskolan and 50% at Isabergskolan.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have a university degree in administration or similar. Education/experience in economic and personnel matters is an advantage. We assume that you have very good computer skills in both standard Office programs and administrative programs. You have good social competence, can work independently, and have the ability to handle periods of high workload.

Interviews will be conducted continuously during the recruitment process.

We apply a background check (extract from the criminal record) as a form of suitability assessment for all who are offered employment in activities where there is direct and regular contact with children and young people. Appointment is subject to the necessary decisions being made.
