We are now looking for a service-oriented and professional receptionist in Jönköping for one of our clients. The role is suitable for you who enjoy customer contact, administration, and being the company's first point of contact.

About the position

As a receptionist, you have a central role in the organization and are responsible for creating a welcoming and professional impression. You handle daily administrative tasks and provide support to both visitors and internal functions.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and welcome visitors
  • Handle incoming calls and emails
  • Booking meeting rooms and calendar management
  • Administrative tasks such as mail handling and documentation
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Other administrative support to the organization
Qualifications
  • Experience in reception, administration, or service is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
  • Service-oriented and professional in your approach
  • Ability to work independently and in an organized manner

Desirable

  • Experience with switchboard or telephone systems
  • Previous work in an office environment
  • Knowledge of English
