As an employee at the Court Administration, you have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development within all of Sweden's Courts, which consist of about 80 courts, authorities, and boards with approximately 7,600 employees. The Court Administration employs around 400 staff to develop and support Sweden's Courts, with the headquarters located centrally in Jönköping, and local offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, and Umeå. In this role, you will have a fundamental assignment where you support managers and the organization in all HR matters, and in addition, you will have the opportunity to work creatively with employer branding to strengthen our attractiveness as an employer.

About the job
HR within Sweden's Courts is entering an exciting development phase. We are working on:
- the future competence supply of judges and other key roles
- leadership development
- own AI development and new digital working methods
- preparations for a more independent authority in 2027
The HR department consists of five units and is characterized by a cross-functional, development-oriented approach with a focus on quality, collaboration, and results.
In the role of HR specialist in the Employer Unit, you will be part of the teams working with employer branding and recruitment. Here, you will have a central role in strengthening and developing Sweden's Courts as an employer – both strategically and operationally.
You will work closely with colleagues, managers, and the organization, and have ample opportunity to influence how the work is shaped and developed over time.
Your assignment
In this role, you will among other things:
- work consultatively as HR support to courts across the country
- be part of the recruitment team and support the organization in recruitment processes
- create, further develop, and implement activities that strengthen our employer brand (e.g., fairs, events, and concepts)
- contribute to the work with competence supply through educational and informational initiatives, for example directed at managers
- you may also be part of agile task teams to develop both operational and strategic development issues
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is driven, responsible, engaged, and relationship-oriented, and who wants to contribute to the development of competence supply and recruitment together with other specialist competencies, focusing on the development of the employer brand.
You:
- have an academic degree in HR or other relevant education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer
- have experience supporting operations and/or managers in the HR field
- have a strong interest in working with competence supply, recruitment, and employer branding
- dare to try new working methods and are curious about how AI and digital tools can strengthen HR work
- enjoy working together with others and building strong collaborations
- take responsibility, see the big picture, and turn ideas into action
- keep yourself updated in your areas of responsibility
- master the Swedish language very well in both spoken and written form

The Court Administration has about 400 knowledgeable and engaged employees who together drive development and provide support and service to Sweden's approximately 80 courts. Our work is a prerequisite for a functioning legal society, and what we do matters every day – for your and everyone else's legal security!
The HR department conducts development work where we work strategically to meet future needs. We are now looking for someone who wants to help develop our important work with Sweden's Courts as an attractive and modern employer.

We are looking for an HR specialist for a permanent position. Travel in the service may occur.
The place of employment is Jönköping. A probationary period may be applied.
We offer the possibility of remote work up to two days a week. Within Sweden's Courts, we have individual salary setting.
Some of our positions require security clearance before a decision on employment is made. This means that security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted if applicable. If it is relevant for the position you have applied for, you will receive more information about it at a later stage.
