In this role, you will be responsible for the overall personal assistance for our clients. You will ensure, through our daily work with both perceived and formal quality, that your assistance assignments maintain good quality and standards.

Your points of contact will be both internally with central support functions and externally with, for example, the Social Insurance Agency, municipalities, and trade unions.

The role includes tasks related to:

• Quality work and documentation

• Finance and budget

• Personnel responsibility and employee processes for your clients' assistants

• Work environment issues

We are looking for someone who:

• Thrives in a responsible leadership role

• Is service-oriented and communicates in a clear and pedagogical manner.

• Is confident in independent work and also has good collaboration skills.

• Has a basic understanding of finance and budgeting.

• Is structured, has good planning skills, and works solution-oriented.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education in care and welfare, social work, behavioral science, HR, finance, or other education/experience that we consider equivalent

• Has previous management and/or leadership experience, preferably from a personnel-intensive business

• Accustomed to working administratively in various systems

• Has fluent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

• Holds a valid driver's license (B)

• Experience in a similar role, as well as previous management and/or leadership experience and work within personal assistance/LSS is an advantage

More about the position:

The position is located at our office in Jönköping

The position is full-time and the working hours are Monday to Friday. We apply a probationary period.

Travel is included in the position where overnight stays may occur. There will also be some work scheduled in the evenings in the form of meetings and client activities.

Start date: By agreement.
