Career Coach Wanted in Nässjö

We are looking for a career coach for our newly opened office in Nässjö within the Rusta and Match program. The position is initially a needs-based employment with the possibility of increasing to up to 80% working hours. Desired start is immediate or by agreement.

As a career coach, you will be responsible for preparing job seekers to find work or studies and matching them with employers. You will conduct assessments and assist job seekers with employer contacts and networking.

Who are you?

You preferably have a large personal network in and around Nässjö and nearby areas or are willing to actively work on creating and maintaining employer contacts. It is advantageous if you have experience in coaching. You need to be comfortable working with computers and various systems.

Requirements Profile

To be a qualified supervisor in Rusta and Match, you must meet one of the following two options:

1) A university degree of at least 180 credits (120 points according to the previous system) and at least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time (part-time employment can be combined if the total working time corresponds to full-time for two years).

2) At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade and at least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time (part-time employment can be combined if the total working time corresponds to full-time for three years) in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

· Management with personnel responsibility.

· Recruitment.

· Transition work for job seekers.

· Study and career guidance.

· Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration).

· Work with labor and labor market issues.

· Work with social and group psychology.

· Career guidance.

Post-secondary education includes, for example, university education and various types of vocational training (e.g., KY and YH).
