Part-time Finance Assistant Wanted

We are now looking for a meticulous and service-oriented finance assistant for a part-time assignment of approximately 50 percent for about six months. This role is suitable for you who enjoy varied tasks within finance and want to work in a close-knit team where everyone helps each other.

About the Position

As a finance assistant, you will be an important part of the finance department and primarily support the work with accounts payable. You will also act as a backup in accounts receivable and contribute to other ongoing tasks in the department as needed.

Job Description

Your responsibilities include managing accounts payable from invoice flow to payments. You will support accounts receivable when needed and assist with other tasks such as reconciliations and administrative duties.
