Do you want to work in a role where you can combine service, problem-solving, and customer dialogue in a fast-paced environment? We are now looking for a Customer Advisor for a customer center in the energy sector in Jönköping. Here you will have a varied everyday life with many points of contact and the opportunity to make a real difference for customers – every day.
You will work in an organization with a high inflow where you need to be comfortable in customer dialogue, structured in your work approach, and enjoy handling multiple cases simultaneously. The role is suitable for you who are service-minded, proactive, and have a naturally advisory and sales-oriented approach.
Examples of tasks: - Receive and manage customer cases via phone, email, chat, and web - Provide advice and support related to energy services and utilities - Administer and follow up on customer cases in various systems - Work with relationship-building dialogue and processing of existing customers - Ensure high quality, service level, and effective problem-solving - Handle cases with confidentiality and security awareness requirements

To be successful in this role, you needAt least 1 year of experience in customer service or advisory customer contact via phone, email, chat, or similar channels
At least 1 year of experience in support within the energy sector
Experience working with security-classified assignments
Experience working in the public sector
Good computer skills and experience working in multiple systems simultaneously
Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish
Ability to work in a structured manner and handle multiple cases simultaneously
