Our Culture
At Euroform Group, we are building a culture that does not settle for the ordinary. We believe in a daily life where people can think for themselves, think innovatively, and think long-term. We challenge the established to create value — by finding better ways forward and creating solutions that make a real difference for customers, colleagues, and the business.
Challenging the status quo is not a project or initiative — it is the way we work. Every day. With respect. With commitment. With responsibility. And always with a clear customer focus.
Your Role Focus
In this role, you will translate business and operational needs into a clear and long-term purchasing strategy. It involves understanding the market, analyzing spend, driving negotiations, and developing categories and supplier bases in a structured and business-oriented manner.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Driving and developing strategic purchasing work within selected categories
- Conducting market, supplier, and spend analyses as a basis for decisions and priorities
- Responsible for contract and price negotiations and ensuring commercially sustainable agreements
- Working with category management and developing purchasing strategies per category
- Identifying and realizing cost savings through cost optimization initiatives
- Structuring risk management related to suppliers, contracts, and supply
- Monitoring supplier performance and driving improvement work in collaboration with internal stakeholders
The role is a central part of the company's purchasing and business function and involves close collaboration with both internal functions and external suppliers. You actively contribute to creating transparency, structure, and long-term business benefits in purchasing work.
If We May Wish
You have a strong business drive and thrive in a role where analysis, structure, and negotiation are combined with strategic thinking. You are comfortable in dialogues with suppliers and used to making decisions based on data, market insights, and business needs.
We see that you have:
- Experience in strategic purchasing in an industrial or business-oriented environment, preferably in a demand-driven business such as automotive
- Good negotiation skills and understanding of contract law and commercial terms
- Ability to work analytically with market, supplier, and spend analyses
- Experience in category management and strategic purchasing work
- A structured and self-driven work style with a clear results focus
You are accustomed to working in digital environments and use system support as a natural part of your work approach. A good ability to work in Microsoft 365 as well as to structure, document, and follow up business information in digital tools is a prerequisite for the role. We expect you to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.
Is This the Right Place for You?
As a person, you are analytical, business-oriented, and communicative. You work strategically but also have the ability to translate plans into concrete results. You take responsibility, drive your issues independently, and build trust in collaborations — both internally and externally.
We offer a strategically important role with a clear mandate and great opportunity to influence how the purchasing function develops going forward. Here, you will work in an organization with high ambitions, short decision paths, and a clear focus on long-term business benefits.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to take a key role in the development of our purchasing work and contribute with structure, business acumen, and strategic impact in an organization in continued development.
