Are you our digitalization strategist who wants to drive the digitalization development for the school operations towards the future and create the best possible conditions for teaching and learning? We are looking for a digitalization strategist who combines pedagogical development work with technical understanding and who supports the operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The digitalization strategist will be a key person and lead the municipality's digitalization development together with the system manager and development manager. Digitalization and AI are important parts of the preschool and school teaching mission, and you will be responsible for keeping the operations updated on digital systems and tools, developing routines, and supporting educators, principals, and administrators.

You will coordinate the municipality's ICT pedagogical network and lead training sessions, as well as participate in processes around the municipality's systems and platforms, as well as data protection and information security. You will monitor the external environment, collaborate with the municipality's IT department, Media Center, and other networks. The administration also includes cultural and food organizations with which you will collaborate.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with an academic degree focused on pedagogical education for the school system or IT, or alternatively, other education combined with experience that we consider equivalent. You also have knowledge of data protection and information security.

The role requires you to be a structured problem solver who takes responsibility and drives the work forward. You are a confident person with good communication skills. You are clear in your communication and can set boundaries professionally. You thrive in collaborations and easily build trust with various stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.
