At NCC Building Sydost, you will work with administrative tasks focused on financial administration while supporting the department with other administrative duties. Within Building Sweden, we build sustainable housing, offices, healthcare buildings, schools, sports facilities, and other public environments for both private and public clients. The Building Sydost department consists of approximately 150 employees and manages a wide variety of construction projects in the region. We are a strong player in the market, especially when it comes to larger and more complex projects.

About the position as Administrator

As an Administrator, you will work broadly with administrative tasks related to our projects and our finances in the department. A central part of the job is financial administration, including invoicing for various parts of the business.

You will handle incoming project matters, ensure correct registration and permissions in our systems, and support as needed in the preparation of documentation. You will also be responsible for customer and project-related registrations, approval flows, and delegations. Additionally, you will manage travel and conference bookings, coordination of internal activities and events, as well as ongoing planning and coordination of administrative processes. You will report to the Department Manager.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education and a few years of experience in a similar role and tasks. We seek a positive person who is open to learning new things and is eager to take on new challenges. You are service-oriented and enjoy taking responsibility, and you like working with varied administrative issues. It is important that you feel comfortable in a constantly changing IT environment and that you appreciate a day where tasks shift - flexibility and adaptability are seen as strong assets in you.

You are knowledgeable in Office 365 and have good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. With us, you will have a pleasant workplace with a close-knit team, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with many different people and work with a variety of tasks in your daily life.

The position is a permanent employment based at our office in Jönköping. This position is subject to background checks in accordance with NCC's security culture.
