The Service Center is looking for a team leader for Länssjukhuset Ryhov.

The Role of Team Leader

As a team leader, you contribute to a safe, inclusive, and well-functioning work environment. You ensure daily operations by being responsible for staffing and schedule planning. You provide support to both employees and the unit manager. In addition to team leadership, the role includes operational work at 50% within one of our work areas. We believe this gives you a good understanding of everyday life and strengthens your leadership.

Your Future Workplace

The Service Center operates regionally across our three hospitals. We are part of Logistics and Service Center within Operational Support and Services. We serve patients, visitors, and employees and are responsible for:

• central reception/patient information
• ID photos
• staff housing
• furniture storage.

With us, we work closely with the operations, focusing on collaboration, service, and development – with an ear to the ground and eyes on the future.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a YH degree or high school education that the employer deems relevant. You are accustomed to working digitally and have an easy time learning new systems. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. A B driver's license is a requirement. It is an advantage if you have experience in personnel work, group leadership, and schedule planning in Heroma.

As a person, you are confident, communicative, and solution-oriented. You have a service-oriented approach and contribute to a positive work climate by putting the team before yourself.
