Provide the best professional reception and business service to Swedbank's Premium customers.
Work focused on one of the bank's most prioritized customer segments.
Work proactively to develop your customer base.
Be responsible for managing an existing customer base and enhancing it through a proactive and structured approach.
Offer financial holistic advisory primarily to private customers.
Become part of a team with driven and pleasant colleagues within the premium group and have close collaboration with colleagues in SBV, Private Banking, corporate and insurance specialists.
Broaden and deepen your expertise, work with self-leadership and contribute to the unit's common results.
Further develop within Swedbank – the career paths within the bank are many and internal mobility is encouraged to broaden expertise, personal development and the bank's competitiveness.
Swedsec Advisor License, Swedsec Mortgage and Insurance Distribution Rights Life Private (IDD)
A strong will and ability to proactively acquire new customers, both externally and internally. You enjoy making contact, and the phone is your primary working tool.
A strong personal drive and the ability to take initiatives to achieve high customer satisfaction.
A very good ability to develop customer relationships and business over time.
High competence to inventory and analyze the customer's total personal finances and understand and interpret the customer's needs.
At least two years of experience in pension, savings, insurance, and credit business.
Be a team player, easily collaborate with colleagues and value the team's success as much as your own.
Be social, curious, results-focused, and maintain a high level of service towards customers.
Good ability to negotiate prices and terms.
Good knowledge of anti-money laundering and customer knowledge (AML/KYC).
Good compliance regarding advisory documentation.
Have a service-oriented and quality-conscious work style, be structured, business-minded, solution-oriented, and relationship-building.
Good oral and written communication skills.
