Do you want to gain valuable experience in sales support and customer service in an international environment?

We are now looking for a summer intern for our B2B customer service who wants to be an important link between the customer, sales organization, production, demand planning, and logistics. The period this summer is from week 24 to week 33, on-site in Hestra outside Gislaved. There may also be an opportunity for continued internship during your studies.

About the role

As a summer intern with us, you will work closely with both customers and internal functions. The role is operational and varied, with a strong focus on ensuring correct order flows and deliveries.

Your main tasks include:

  • Support and daily contact with B2B customers
  • Order management in SAP (follow-up, order release, and changes)
  • Delivery monitoring and follow-up on product availability
  • Coordination between customer, sales, production, demand planning, and logistics
  • Some booking and follow-up of transports and freight forwarders
  • Invoicing
  • To some extent, handling complaints and crediting
  • Administrative tasks related to our internal routines and processes

You will work in systems such as SAP, Teams, and Microsoft Office with many contact points both internally and externally.

We are looking for someone who:

Is studying the first or second year at university, preferably in economics, logistics, industrial economics, supply chain, or similar. You already have good computer skills and easily adapt to new systems, and you communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
