We are now looking for a driven and plant-interested store seller.

You are a person who is motivated by meeting customers and enjoys working with sales, and you have a strong interest in plants that you are eager to share. An extra interest in seasonal and outdoor plants is a plus.

With personal responsibility and initiative, you will work across all departments and also at the checkout, focusing on your business drive and developing the entire store. In the role of store seller, you will be the face of Blomsterlandet and be passionate about taking care of our customers in the best way possible, providing them with advice and inspiration for their needs.

🌿 About the role

• Varied tasks including customer service, working at the checkout, and unpacking goods
• Participate in daily sales activities
• Collaborate between different departments
• Receiving goods, product display & stock replenishment

🌼 Your experiences and competencies

• Experience in selling garden plants and indoor plants is an advantage
• Gardening-related education is a plus
• Organized and structured
• Knowledgeable in plant care and eager to learn; you should have product knowledge and be able to give care advice.
• A person who easily collaborates and spreads good energy to your colleagues
• Experience working in retail

🕒 Practical information

Employment type:

Approximately 30 hours/week, varying working hours and every other weekend.

For those who wish to work more than 30 hours/week, there are usually extra shifts/hours available.

The position starts as a 12-month temporary contract with a great chance of extension or permanent employment.
