About the Position

We are assisting our client in Nässjö in strengthening their team with an administrator. To apply for the job, we believe you enjoy juggling multiple tasks, are service-minded, like working in systems, and are a team player. The position is to be filled immediately, with selection and interviews taking place continuously.

Responsibilities may include:

Order placement
Transport booking
Customer service via email and phone
Invoice management
Purchasing
Monitoring
Receiving control
Tracking
Customer meetings
Working in customer systems
Follow-ups
Reporting

Working hours are during the day.

Requirements for the position:

Previous experience in administration
Familiarity with financial work
Experience working in various systems
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
