About the position
This is a consulting assignment for 9 months with good opportunities for extension and permanent employment in the long term. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that DHL Freight intends to offer you a position with them in the long run. This provides both you and DHL Freight a great opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how you enjoy your collaboration.

DHL in Sweden has about 4,000 employees and 65 offices, terminals, and stations across Sweden. The customer service unit for DHL Freight in Jönköping is responsible for all handling of customer inquiries related to international transports. The team consists of around 50 employees who work together to provide customers with the best possible service.
For DHL Freight, accessibility and customer interaction are important to deliver a positive customer experience. Therefore, customer focus and your engagement as an employee are extremely important in this role!
💼 Responsibilities
In the role of customer service representative, you will be responsible for receiving, managing, and administering incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat. The inquiries relate to questions both before, during, and after transport from customers located throughout Europe. You will have contact with both corporate clients and private individuals where the key will be to find the right solution and provide good service. Furthermore, you will work closely with other functions within customer service and DHL Freight. This is to strengthen the bonds and collaboration within DHL Freight in order to work on continuous improvements.
In this role, you will initially be offered an introduction to create an understanding of the company's working methods and systems. Here you will have the opportunity to develop together with your department and the entire customer service team. DHL Freight has divided customer inquiries into different areas of expertise, which means that you will start by learning one area of expertise and then build on with more. Together with your colleagues, you will help and support each other.
🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities
Completed upper secondary education or equivalent
Experience in service and/or administration
Good computer and system skills
You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English
Experience in customer service is an advantage
We are looking for someone with good communication skills who thrives best when collaborating with others. Since accessibility and customer interaction are important for delivering a positive customer experience, we see that you are motivated to provide good service and are attentive. As the work requires high structure and order, you are also meticulous as a person, accustomed to working in data and system environments, and have the ability to prioritize your work and be solution-focused. It is also important that you can handle a varied pace of work and are flexible as the workload can vary.
