Our client is an internationally owned industrial company with clear reporting requirements and several subsidiaries within the Swedish organization. The role is central to ensuring stability, structure, and continuity in HR operations during a transition period.

About the position

This is an interim assignment based in Värnamo. The assignment has an operational focus. You will step into a business-critical role where you ensure that HR processes function effectively, correctly, and in line with legal requirements as well as international corporate standards.

You will work closely with local management and production managers, providing a safe and structured support in both daily HR issues and labor law matters.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure ongoing HR administration (employment contracts, changes in terms, personnel records, GDPR)
  • Be responsible for quality and structure in the HR annual cycle (salary mapping, salary review – administrative support, follow-up)
  • Support managers in labor law issues and MBL processes
  • Administrative management within work environment and rehabilitation (SAM, documentation, absence)
  • HR statistics, key figures, and corporate reporting
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, policies, and internal guidelines

Payroll processing is handled separately, but the role is responsible for payroll data and related administration.

Location

Värnamo – on-site presence is required.

Profile

We are looking for someone who is confident in operational HR and accustomed to working independently in a structured and business-oriented role. You thrive in an environment with clear deadlines and reporting requirements and are used to working in organizations with an international ownership structure.

You create stability through structure, clarity, and reliability – especially during periods of change.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in operational HR work with an administrative focus
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish labor law and MBL
  • Experience with HR annual cycles and reporting
  • Very good system proficiency (HR systems and Microsoft 365, especially Excel)
  • Fluent in Swedish and English

Meritorious:

  • Experience from industrial operations
  • Work in a multi-company environment
  • Reporting to international owners
  • Work environment training (BAM/SAM)

This is a confidential interim assignment with a scope of approximately 80% of full-time, starting in early March and lasting about 5 months with the possibility of extension.
