Your new role
On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a meticulous and service-oriented Business Administration Support. The assignment is placed within the company's Forest & Garden division and involves temporarily supporting the Business Support function in their daily work.
Here, you will become an important part of the team and be responsible for various administrative tasks. The focus is on transfer price administration, data cleansing and quality assurance, as well as coordination between different functions within the group.
Main responsibilities
Manage cases related to Transfer Price administration
Perform or prepare activities related to data cleansing in relevant systems
Review, update, and correct product and business-related data
Validate information and address discrepancies in data
Contact various departments and functions within the group to collect or verify information
Support the Business Support team in general administrative tasks
Assist colleagues with simpler administration, documentation, and follow-up
Contribute to the team's collective work to ensure a well-functioning everyday life

To be successful in this role, you need
Experience in administrative processes and routine-based work.
Familiarity with data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance.
Comfortable working in business systems (e.g., ERP, pricing, or MDM systems).
Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., filtering, lookups, pivot tables, and data validation).
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Desirable: Experience in administrative roles within supply chain, finance, pricing, or data management.
