Job Description

Do you want an important role where service, safety, and structure are at the center? We are now looking for a reliable and service-oriented substitute who can step in as needed.

In this role, you are the company's first impression. You meet customers, visitors, and suppliers before they enter the premises and are responsible for ensuring that the reception is professional, safe, and according to our routines. The position suits you if you are flexible and enjoy a responsible and varied role.

About the Position

Part-time / on-call employment during the day. You will work during the absence of regular staff (sickness and vacation).

Responsibilities:

• Receive and register visitors according to current routines
• Ensure that the correct person or department is contacted upon arrival
• Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries (mail, packages, etc.)
• Perform ongoing administrative tasks
• Contribute to a safe and well-organized entrance
• Be the company's face to the outside world and provide a professional reception

We are looking for someone who:

• Is calm, secure, and service-oriented
• Has a strong sense of responsibility and is meticulous
• Can work independently and take initiative
• Has good computer skills
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently (English is an advantage)
• Is flexible and can step in at short notice

Qualifications

We prefer that you have:

• Administrative education or documented experience in administrative tasks
• Good computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Driver's license required (the workplace is located outside Vetlanda)
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Experience in reception, customer service, or security-related work is an advantage
