Why You Matter
Sound can make us smile. The right acoustics can make us more productive, more attentive – and healthier. We know this at Rockfon. Our solutions are found in classrooms where students need to concentrate, in hospitals where the work environment must function, and in offices where people need to perform and thrive. But behind every delivery, every order, and every customer contact lies something equally important: a safe, structured, and service-oriented customer service.
As a customer service representative with us, you are the hub of the daily flow. You ensure that orders are registered correctly, that questions are answered professionally, and that customers receive the service they expect – and a little more. Your contribution is noticeable. Every day.
This is Rockfon
When we decided to create the world's most effective acoustic solutions, we started with people. The student strains to hear. The business person tries to concentrate. The couple wants to have an intimate conversation over dinner at the restaurant.
This inspired our beautiful range of colors and styles. It expanded our vision to reach beyond acoustics and design products that demonstrate visual comfort, reflect daylight, are durable against moisture, and repel bacteria. It constantly drives innovation to make people feel better.
Rockfon is part of the ROCKWOOL Group, headquartered in Denmark. We have production in the Netherlands, France, and Poland, and we are one of the leading players in Europe in acoustic absorbers. Learn more about us at www.rockfon.se.
Our Culture
At Rockfon, our culture is built on four core values: trust, quality, innovation, and sustainability. This permeates everything we do – from how we develop our products to how we collaborate in everyday life.
We show trust in each other's competencies and take responsibility for our assignments. We always strive for high quality, both in our deliveries and in our relationships. Innovation drives us forward and helps us constantly find better solutions, while sustainability is an obvious part of our decisions – for people, the environment, and the future.
Our work environment is characterized by collaboration, openness, and respect. Here, everyone feels welcome and included. We work together towards common goals and celebrate our successes as a team. The personal and professional development of our employees is important to us, which is why we invest in continuous training and long-term career opportunities. We see diversity and different perspectives as a strength – that’s how we continue to develop and create value.
Focus in Your Role
This is a role for you who thrives in customer service and administration – and who wants to deepen your expertise in it. You work closely with sales, marketing, and purchasing and are an important administrative partner in the organization. At the same time, you have a clear responsibility for our incoming inquiries.
Your main tasks:
- Manage incoming orders via phone and email
- Order registration in the business system
- Handling complaints and follow-ups
- Answer product and delivery questions
- Coordinate internal contacts between customer, sales, and other departments
- Be the spider in the web of the daily order and information flow
The role is structured, service-oriented, and administratively focused. It’s about accuracy, a holistic view, and quality in every detail.
If We May Wish
We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in a similar role within customer service, inside sales, or order administration – and who enjoys this type of work.
You are not at the beginning of your career looking for the next step towards a pure sales role. You know that it is in back office, in administration, and in customer dialogue that you do your best work – and where you want to continue to develop in the long term.
We believe that you:
- Have experience in customer service and order management
- Are used to working administratively and in a structured manner
- Have good system skills, preferably experience with SAP
- Have a technical interest or find it easy to understand technical products
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
Is This the Right Place for You?
You have a good ability to listen and understand the customer's needs and wishes, and you work focused to always find solutions that exceed the customer's expectations. You have great social skills and thrive in a role where communication and service are paramount. You are a team player who enjoys working in a close-knit team, while also being independent and driving your work in a results-oriented manner.
Furthermore, you have a very good ability to keep things together and prioritize your work with the customer in focus. You take responsibility for your tasks and can create structure in a job with many communication paths and angles.
Does our description fit you? Warmly welcome your application!
